A dhurrie (also durrie or durry) is a flat-woven rug or carpet used traditionally in India as floor-coverings. They can be made of wool, cotton, jute or silk.Dhurries are made manually by skilled artisans on a traditional horizontal loom or vertical loom. They have a variety of uses depending on size, pattern and material.
